The 2022 Spring Resiliency Academy will discuss Components of a Resilient Community, covering Economic Activities, Community Action, Ecosystem Services, and Infrastructure and Buildings. Multiple expert speakers will join us for each session and information on the results of the 2022 Virginia Assembly and on new Federal programs will be presented.
The first session will be on Economic Activities: Innovative Financing and our own Abby Johnson will be a panelist.
In partnership with Loudoun County Supervisor Mike Turner, the Loudoun Chamber is presenting a webinar on “Affordable Clean Energy for Developments and Upgrades: C-PACE 101 for Businesses and Developers,” a primer on the hidden economies and value of Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE).
This webinar will be of particular interest to property owners, real estate developers, A/E/C professionals, commercial lenders, energy and environmental consultants, and other commercial real estate industry professionals.
